大鼠哮喘连续激发后肺组织胞膜β-AR和脑浆cAMP水平逐日下降,在第7目明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01);激发第7日,龟芪散明显上调β-AR密度(P<0.05)并使cAMP水平明显上升(P<0.05)。提示龟芪散治疗哮喘可能与其上调β-AR,提高cAMP水平作用有关,联合用药可提高糖皮质激素的疗效。
The levels of β-AR and brain cAMP in the lung tissue of asthmatic rats were gradually decreased after consecutive asthmatic challenge, and were significantly lower in the 7-mesh than in the normal control group (P<0.01). On the 7th day of the challenge, the turtles were significantly up-regulated in β- AR density (P<0.05) increased the cAMP level significantly (P<0.05). It is suggested that the treatment of asthma by Kam Ling Powder may be related to the up-regulation of β-AR and the increase of cAMP level, and the combination therapy may improve the efficacy of glucocorticoids.
