多数普通中学生,下肢力量较弱、协调性较差,在学习三级跳远时很难达到较好的教学效果,笔者在近些年的教学实践中发现,将发展协调性、下肢力量、跳跃能力和三级跳远技术相结合的教学方法更有利于取得良好的教学效果。一、协调性训练(一)侧交叉步跑练习时学生侧对前进方向,左腿先向左侧移一步,然后右腿经左腿前左交叉,左腿再向左侧移一步,右腿经左腿后左交叉,右腿前交叉、后交叉交替练习。待练习熟练后再换左腿的前交叉后交叉交替练习。这个练习可由侧交叉走逐步改为侧交叉跑。
