卵巢癌是致死率很高的妇科恶性肿瘤。来自中国浙江大学、华中科技大学和北京大学的医学工作者,发现并针对卵巢癌细胞“免疫逃逸”等特点,优化其治疗方案,有效提高了晚期卵巢癌患者的生存率。14日揭晓的国家科学技术奖结果中,以浙江大学为第一完成单位、浙江大学教授谢幸为第一完成人的项目《卵巢癌进展机制及其阻遏策略的研究与应用》获得了2011年度国家科学技术进步奖二等奖。
Ovarian cancer is a high mortality rate of gynecological malignancies. Medical workers from Zhejiang University of China, Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Peking University discovered and treated ovarian cancer cells “immune escape” and other characteristics to optimize their treatment options and effectively improve the survival rate of patients with advanced ovarian cancer. On the 14th announced the results of the National Science and Technology Award, Zhejiang University as the first unit to complete, Professor Xie Xing of Zhejiang University as the first person to complete the project “ovarian cancer progression mechanism and its suppression strategy of research and application” won the 2011 National Science and Technology Progress Award second prize.
