茶食胡同小学是1975年由4所小学合并而建成的一所普通小学。党的十一届三中全会以后,学校领导和教师办好学校的积极性被调动起来了,引进了一些单项单科的教改项目。经过8年的艰苦奋斗,办学质量上升到全区中等水平。但是,从总体上说,办学指导思想还不够端正,改革还缺乏统一规划,学校教育的整体功能还没有充分发挥,学生的发展还不够全面和谐。 在市教育局小教处的领导和市教科所科研人员的指导下,我们借鉴了本市西城区宏庙小学教育整体改革的经验,从茶食胡同小学的实际出发,自1984年至1990年,坚持了学校教育整体改革的实验研究。实验的具体目标是:
Tea alley primary school in 1975 by the merger of four primary schools built an ordinary primary school. After the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party, the enthusiasm of school leaders and teachers in running schools has been mobilized, and a number of individual education reform projects have been introduced.
