At present, the regional party committees and governments in the autonomous region have decided to implement the strategy of “dual-core” driving development and unswervingly promoted the rapid development of Guangxi’s Beibu Gulf Economic Zone and the Xijiang Economic Belt. Our district ushered in a new round of strategic opportunities for rapid development. In order to seize the opportunities and solve the challenges, our region urgently needs to sort out the series of policies of the state and autonomous regions and fully release the policy dividends. We must make good use of the policy of opening up to the outside world and opening up the “ASEAN” card and the “Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao” cards.
