                                采用 HNO3-HCIO4消化样品,黄原脂棉富集火焰原子吸收法测定米酒中微量铅.试验表明,pH为 2~7时,黄原脂棉能定量地富集米酒中的铅,以NNO3(1+99)5ml,沸水浴15min即可定量解脱,结果令人满意.铅的回收率为97.9%~104.8%,相对标准偏差为5.3%.
Determination of Trace Lead in Rice Wine by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry with HNO3-HCIO4 Digestion Samples. The results showed that when the pH was 2 ~ 7, the yellow cotton liquefied cotton could be quantitatively enriched in lead in rice wine, with 5ml NNO3 (1 + 99) 5ml, boiling water bath for 15min to release quantitatively, the result was satisfactory. The recoveries of lead ranged from 97.9% to 104.8% with a relative standard deviation of 5.3%.
