激光显微发射光谱用于分析物质化学成份至今已有二十多年。它虽有取样少(毫微克、微微克数量级),快速等优点,但其分析灵敏度比普通发射光谱的分析灵敏度稍低。因此,设法提高激光显微光谱的分析灵敏度是一重要课题,国内外已做过大量的工作。涉及到分析灵敏度的因素较多,我们仅就磁场对提高分析灵敏度的作用进行了一些分析,并对元素Ag做了一些实验。
Laser micro-emission spectroscopy has been used for more than twenty years to analyze the chemical composition of matter. Although it has the advantages of less sampling (nanogram, picogram) and faster, its analytical sensitivity is slightly lower than that of ordinary emission spectroscopy. Therefore, trying to improve the sensitivity of laser micro-spectrometry analysis is an important issue, both at home and abroad have done a lot of work. There are many factors involved in the sensitivity analysis. We only analyze the effect of the magnetic field on the analysis sensitivity, and do some experiments on the element Ag.
