本文采用心阻抗法测定了４０名青年学生的心灵功能．分别用Ｋｕｂｉｃｅｋ公式和况氏非线性公式计算出每搏输出量、每分输出量和心指数，并进行了性别比较。结果显示，Ｋｕｂｉｃｅｋ公式计算ＳＶ无性别差异，而况氏非线性公式计ＳＶ性别差异显著，两对方法比较，男性ＳＶ显示Ｋｕｂｉｃｅｋ法低于况氏法，而女性ＳＶ显示Ｋｕｂｉｃｅｋ法高于况氏法。这可能由于男女生的身高、颈围、胸围差异对计算的影响所致。
In this paper, the psychic function of 40 young students was determined by heart impedance method. The Kubicek’s formula and Kuw’s non-linear formula were used to calculate the stroke volume, the output per minute and the cardiac index, and the gender comparison. The results showed that Kubicek’s formula was used to calculate the difference of SV without sex, while Ku’s non-linear formula was significantly different between the two groups. The male SV showed that Kubicek’s method was lower than Kucha’s method, while the female’s SV showed Kubicek’s method was higher than Kucha’s method. This may be due to male and female height, neck circumference, chest circumference differences caused by the calculation.
