采用混凝沉淀—生物曝气—超滤—消毒组合工艺对含较高浓度氨氮和CODMn的污染水源水进行净化处理的工艺研究。结果表明 ,在试验条件下 ,水源水氨氮 <10mg/L时 ,组合工艺出水的氨氮 <1.0mg/L ,亚硝酸盐氮 <1.0mg/L ,硝酸盐氮 <5.0mg/L ;当水源水CODMn浓度为 11.0~ 15.0mg/L左右时 ,出水CODMn<6 .0mg/L。当向生物曝气池内投加 10mg/L粉末活性炭形成炭污泥时 ,出水CODMn<5.0mg/L ;当投加量增加为 4 0mg/L时 ,出水CODMn降低到 3.5mg/L ;当投加量继续增加到 50mg/L时 ,出水CODMn<3.0mg/L。研究还表明 ,中空膜可以应用于混凝沉淀—生物曝气—超滤工艺中 ,而且PAC的投加有利于膜水通量的提高。
