由我院、厦门工程机械厂、武钢大冶铁矿等单位共同研制的ZLD40铲运机(见附图),经性能测试和工业性试验,达到了设计要求。已于1979年11月24～28日在湖北黄石市进行了技术鉴定。该机机动灵活、安全可靠、便于操作、装运效率高、结构设计合理、性能参数较先进。它主要用于井下铁矿和有色金属矿山无底柱分段崩落法、充填法、空场法的采场,以及巷道掘进等装、运、卸作业。适用
The ZLD40 Scraper jointly developed by our institute, Xiamen Engineering Machinery Factory and Wuhan Iron and Steel Daye Iron Mine (see the attached drawings) met the design requirements through performance test and industrial test. Has been November 1979 November 24 ~ 28 in Huangshi City, Hubei conducted a technical appraisal. The machine is flexible, safe, reliable, easy to operate, efficient shipping, structural design is reasonable, the performance parameters are more advanced. It is mainly used for subsoil sub-grade iron ore and non-ferrous metal sub-subsidence caving method, filling method, the empty field of stope, as well as tunneling and other equipment, transportation, unloading operations.
