观察小剂量多巴酚丁胺超声心动图显象对冠脉旁路术后心肌节段收缩功能恢复的预测价值。 方法 对30例三支冠脉病变和慢性稳定型心绞痛病人作冠脉旁路术。病人麻醉后插入经食道超声探头,获取左室乳头肌水平的短轴切面。在①心包切开后(基础情况);②冠脉旁路术前多巴酚丁胺(5μg/kg/min)输注5分钟后;⑧术后人工心肺机断开后作三次超声图象记录。将左室短轴切面分成8个节段。测量收缩末期(SWT)和舒张末期(DWT)室壁厚度,并计算收缩期室壁增厚率(PSWT)。以基础情况下PSWT<30%
To observe the predictive value of low-dose dobutamine echocardiography in myocardial function recovery after coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Thirty patients with coronary artery disease and chronic stable angina pectoris underwent coronary artery bypass grafting.
