衢州市委市政府为深化干部制度改革,把党管干部原则和充分发扬民主、严格依法办事有机结合起来,在龙游、常山、开化县通过“民主提名推荐,差额竞争选举”的方式,用了一个多月时间,各选拔出一名群众拥护、组织信任的副县长,从另一个侧面也反映出衢州市委市政府对干部制度改革之坚决、办事效率之高、组织工作之严密。
