前言加减乘除四则运算是一切数字计算的基础,为三大革命运动所必需,方法应力求大众化、革命化、科学化,才比较容易为广大工农兵群众所迅速接受,才符合中国革命事业飞跃发展的形势需要。在计算工具上施行运算特别是进行乘除比例运算时,定位是很重要的一环,比方说小数点错了一位,结果就扩大或者缩小10倍;小数点错了两位,结果就扩大或者缩小100倍;……。这样看来,真是偶一不慎,便有“失之毫厘,谬之千里”之感!
