针对传统的密度测量仪器存在的不足,根据超声波的传播特性设计了一种超声波密度计。通过超声波波速的测量来实现密度计的高精度测量。利用高分辨率、快速的信号采样电路以及数字细分算法使超声波传播时间的测量达到ns级,为密度测量的分辨率优于0.000 01×103kg/m3提供了保障。采用分布式多声道结构有利于密度测量精度的提高。
In view of the shortcomings of the traditional density measuring instruments, an ultrasonic densimeter is designed according to the propagation characteristics of the ultrasonic wave. Through the ultrasonic wave velocity measurement to achieve high-precision measurement of the density meter. The use of high-resolution, fast signal sampling circuitry and digital subdivision algorithms to achieve ns-level ultrasonic propagation time measurements provides resolution for density measurements better than 0.000 01 × 103kg / m3. The use of distributed multi-channel structure is conducive to the improvement of density measurement accuracy.
