黄土高原地区是我国重要的能源基地。基地的开发,交通须先行,而本地区处于我国内陆,自然地理条件特殊,目前无论是基地的内部运输还是基地的对外运输都处于十分落后的状态。本文针对这一现实,根据区内各地的经济现状、发展前景以及它们在区内外的地位,将本区分为:(1)能源基地区,(2)经济发达区,(3)经济欠发达区,并分别提出了切实可行的公运输的发展对策。
The Loess Plateau is an important energy base in China. The development and transportation of the base must be carried out first. However, the region is inland of our country and has special natural and geographical conditions. At present, both the internal transportation and the base transportation of the base are in a very backward state. In view of this reality, according to the economic status quo and development prospects around the region as well as their status inside and outside the region, this article divides this area into: (1) energy base area, (2) economically developed area, (3) economically underdeveloped area , Respectively, and put forward practical measures for the development of public transport.
