本文在比较几个发达国家的交通事故后指出,日本的道路交通安全从70年代以后的十年间取得了明显进展,但到80年代以后效果就不显著了,这是因为继续应用70年代的经验与措施已不能适应当前的需要。文章从司机的性别、年龄等方面对事故率进行了统计分析,同时指出今后的努力方向应该致力于提高驾车人的素质,重新研究司机教育,交通法规及管制措施,特别需要加强对年轻司机的教育。
After comparing traffic accidents in several developed countries, the article points out that road traffic safety in Japan has made remarkable progress since the 1970s but has not achieved any significant results since the 1980s. This is because the continuous application of the experiences of the 1970s And measures can no longer meet the current needs. In this paper, the author analyzes the accident rate from the aspects of driver’s gender and age, and points out that the direction of future efforts should be devoted to improving the quality of drivers, re-studying driver education, traffic regulations and control measures, and in particular, education.
