利用室内熔融盐腔式吸热器的实验平台研究了频繁云遮对熔融盐腔式吸热器热性能的影响。分析了在辐照剧烈变化时,吸热器的出口温度响应情况以及多云天气持续的时间对吸热器平均热效率的影响,实验台采用国内自主研制的新型熔融盐。实验发现,相比于剧烈变化的输入功率,熔融盐吸热器的出口温度变化较为平缓。从管板温度变化情况可以看出,吸热器壁面温度随时间的变化率与壁面温度成正比。另外,分析了多云气象条件下储热罐中熔融盐体积与盐罐中流体平均温度的关系,储热罐中熔融盐体积越大,吸热器出口温度的波动对盐罐内熔融盐温度的影响就越小,但是当储热罐中熔融盐体积大于一定值时,这种效果越来越不明显。
The effect of frequent cloud cover on the thermal performance of the molten salt cavity heat sink was studied by using experimental platform of indoor molten salt cavity heat sink. The influence of the outlet temperature of the heat absorber and the duration of the cloudy weather on the average heat efficiency of the heat absorber was analyzed when the radiation was drastically changed. The experimental platform adopted a new type of molten salt developed domestically. The experiment found that, compared with the drastic changes in the input power, the outlet temperature of the molten salt absorber is relatively flat. As can be seen from the tube plate temperature changes, the wall surface temperature of the absorber with the rate of change is proportional to the wall temperature. In addition, the relationship between the volume of molten salt in the storage tank and the average temperature of the fluid in the salt tank under cloudy weather conditions is analyzed. The larger the volume of molten salt in the storage tank, the fluctuation of the outlet temperature of the absorber affects the temperature of the molten salt in the salt tank The effect is smaller, but when the volume of molten salt storage tank is greater than a certain value, the effect is less obvious.
