复合衬砌的防水层设于一次支护与二次模筑之间,其表面光滑,除了防水还能减少喷射混凝土与二次衬砌模筑混凝土之间的约束应力,防止二次模筑混凝土产生裂缝。目前我国隧道防水材料安装技术还较落后,安装质量较差,防水作用达不到预期效果。本文就该技术在新建宝鸡至兰州客运专线施工过程中的具体应用进行相关探讨。
The waterproof layer of the composite lining is arranged between the primary support and the secondary mold building, and the surface is smooth. In addition to the waterproofing, the constraining stress between the shotcrete and the secondary lining concrete can be reduced so as to prevent cracks in the secondary mold building concrete . At present, China’s tunnel waterproofing materials installation technology is still relatively backward, the installation of poor quality, waterproof effect of less than expected results. This article discusses the specific application of this technology in the construction process of the new Baoji-Lanzhou Passenger Dedicated Line.
