从2006年11月起,根据中国移动集团的统一安排,江苏移动先后向北京派出38名援奥人员,涵盖了网络、技术、市场、服务等多个专业的精英。在一年多的时间里,他们从事奥运场馆的移动通信系统建设、奥运服务准备、奥运业务的开发等相关工作。7月初,江苏移动网络部12名员工接集团公司正式调遣函,赴北京总部参加奥运保障团队。他们被安排在网络部监控中心国际投诉处理组工作,受理并处理国际用户投诉,主要负责来自奥组委官员、各国政府官员以及来自国漫网、NNOC邮件系统等途径的投诉处理。
Starting from November 2006, according to the unified arrangement of China Mobile Group, Jiangsu Mobile sent 38 aid workers from Beijing to Beijing, covering many professional elites such as the network, technology, market and service. In more than a year, they are engaged in the construction of the mobile communication system for the Olympic venues, preparations for the Olympic service, and the development of the Olympic business. At the beginning of July, 12 employees of Jiangsu Mobile Network Department formally dispatched group companies to Beijing headquarters to participate in the Olympic Games safeguard team. They are arranged for work in the International Complaint Handling Group of the Network Monitoring Center, receiving and handling complaints from international users. They are mainly responsible for handling complaints from BOCOG officials, government officials from various countries, and from countries such as CNN and the NNOC mail system.
