引用山东省济宁市郊区１９７５、１９８０－１９８４年中华按蚊媒介能量，试用Ｍａｃｄｏｎａｌｄ（１９５７）的公式计算基本繁殖率，估算疟疾传播频率。结果与当地相应年份的疟疾发病率趋势基本一致。１９８２年后，基本繁殖率已降至１以下。
