目的快速识别及鉴定灯心草及野灯心草中的菲类成分。方法运用高效液相色谱-电喷雾质谱(HPLC-ESI-MS)联用技术研究菲类成分的裂解规律,并分别对灯心草和野灯心草甲醇提取液中的菲类成分进行快速识别和鉴定。结果在负离子模式下,菲类成分容易丢失2H的碎片,推测可能是乙烯基与苯环环合而失去2个氢;也易发生重排丢失羰基,呈现出一定的裂解规律。根据菲类成分的裂解规律,从灯心草和野灯心草甲醇提取物中快速筛选了21个菲类成分,其中6个成分经与对照品比对而准确鉴定;另外结合质谱裂解信息及极性差异,推测出其中5个成分的结构。结论 HPLC-ESI-MS技术既可以从中药复杂体系中快速识别菲类成分并根据裂解规律初步确定菲类成分结构,也是实现中药中目标天然产物定向分离的有效手段。
Purpose Rapid identification and identification of Phyllostachys praecox and wild grass in the Philippines class components. Methods The HPLC-ESI-MS technique was used to study the cleavage of phenanthrene, and the rapid identification and identification of phenanthrene components in the methanolic extracts of Euphorbia. Results In the negative ion mode, the phenanthrene component easily lost fragments of 2H. It is presumed that there may be a ring of vinyl and benzene ring to lose two hydrogen atoms. It is also prone to rearrange and lose the carbonyl group, showing a certain rule of cleavage. According to the cleavage laws of the components of Phyllostachys praecox, 21 compounds of Phyllostachys fleecelli were screened rapidly from the extracts of Radix Hedysarum and Radix Alcedolate, of which 6 compounds were accurately identified by comparison with the reference substance. Combined with mass spectrometry cleavage information and polarity differences, The structure of five of them is inferred. Conclusion The HPLC-ESI-MS technique can not only quickly identify the constituents of the Philippine from the complex system of traditional Chinese medicine but also determine the structure of the constituents of the Philippine based on the cleavage rules. It is also an effective means to achieve the directional separation of the target natural products in traditional Chinese medicine.
