目的了解浙江省医疗机构在消化内镜消毒质量情况和消毒管理工作中存在问题,提出改进措施。方法采用现场问卷调查和采样检测方法,对浙江省17所综合医院内镜清洗消毒质量进行了调查。结果3所三甲医院消化内镜和相关物品消毒质量平均合格率53.06%;10所三乙医院消化内镜和相关物品平均合格率56.8%。4所二甲医院消化内镜和相关物品平均合格率为44.78%。水洗槽及清洗槽内壁、冲洗槽内表面抽样总合格率为49.05%;各类用水均未检出致病菌。结论浙江省综合医院内镜消毒工作比较规范,但消毒质量合格率较低,存在内镜引起交叉感染潜在因素。
Objective To understand the problems in the quality of digestive endoscopy and disinfection management of medical institutions in Zhejiang Province and to propose the improvement measures. Methods The questionnaire survey and sampling methods were used to investigate the endoscope cleaning and disinfection quality in 17 general hospitals in Zhejiang Province. Results The average passing rate of digestive endoscopy and related articles in 3 top 3 hospitals was 53.06%. The average passing rate of digestive endoscopy and related articles in 10 3 B hospitals was 56.8%. The average pass rate of digestive endoscopy and related articles in 4 Second Hospital was 44.78%. Washing tank and cleaning tank wall, flushing tank surface sampling rate of 49.05%; no detection of pathogens in all types of water. Conclusion Zhejiang General Hospital endoscopic disinfection work more standardized, but the disinfection quality pass rate is low, there are potential factors of endoscopic cross infection.
