在有双向光照渐变的室内环境下,采用L16(45)正交实验设计开展外源激素(IAA、GA3和IBA)浸种对2个产地云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)种子发芽影响的(4,4,8,2,16)双向完全随机区组实验。结果表明,尖山和弥渡种子的发芽率与发芽势分别为87.3%~94.0%、61.8%~87.3%与21.5%~37.0%、15.3%~22.3%,尖山的高于弥渡的。云南松种子发芽对光照变化较为敏感,且不同产地的种子对光照的响应有差异。在实验采用的3种外源激素中,GA3促进云南松种子发芽,IAA对2个产地的种子发芽呈现不同的影响,IBA未表现出显著地影响种子发芽或对其产生一定的负效应。
In an indoor environment with two-way light gradients, the effects of exogenous hormones (IAA, GA3 and IBA) on seed germination of Pinus yunnanensis in two habitats (4, 4, 8,2,16) bidirectional complete randomized block experiment. The results showed that the germination rate and germination energy of Jianshan and Midu were 87.3% ~ 94.0%, 61.8% ~ 87.3% and 21.5% ~ 37.0%, 15.3% ~ 22.3% respectively, and Jianshan was higher than Midu. The seed germination of Pinus yunnanensis was sensitive to light changes, and the response of seeds from different habitats to light was different. Among the three exogenous hormones used in the experiment, GA3 promoted the seed germination of Pinus yunnanensis. IAA had different effects on the seed germination of two locales. IBA did not show any significant effect on seed germination or negative effect on seed germination.
