人是生产力和生产关系中最活跃的因素,企业员工的技术和操作水平的高低,直接影响到企业的经济效益和社会效益。本文通过对目前供热员工的技术和业务水平的调査,对其存在的问题进行了分析,结合目前实际情况提出了员工教育培训可行性方案。
People are the most active factor in the relationship between productivity and production. The level of technology and operation of employees in enterprises directly affects the economic and social benefits of enterprises. Based on the investigation of the technical and operational level of the current heating staff, this paper analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the feasibility plan of staff education and training combined with the current actual situation.
