作者于6年中见到40例X线诊断的糜烂性胃炎。均符合下列标准:①在胃粘膜水肿结节的中央有小点状的钡剂聚集;②常沿胃皱折有成群的结节聚集;③可单独或作为弥漫性胃病损的一部分而罹及胃窦。作者复习了其中行内窥镜检及活检见胃部病损的10例的病历记录。 10例的平均年龄为55(27～74)岁。女6、男4例。6例伴有其他严重内科病,包括心绞痛、克隆病、肾病综合征、糖尿病及慢性阻塞性肺病。最常见
