本文观察了腺苷(adenosine,Ado)对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响,结果可见,Ado1.3,13,130mg·kg-1抑制3H胸腺脱氧嘧啶核苷([3H]TdR)参入的血液白细胞和腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,可减轻正常小鼠脾重,降低小鼠血清溶菌酶的含量,Ado转运抑制剂潘生T100mg·kg-1对Ado130mg·kg-1的抑制作用无逆转作用。Ado受体拮抗剂氨茶碱10mg·kg-1可逆转Ado130mg·kg-1的抑制作用,提示A加AdoA2受体在腺苷的非特异性免疫反应中起重要作用。
