就目前全国普通高等院校而言,在今后3～5年内,一大批具有较高体育教学及学术水平的高职称教师就要从教学第一线退下来,这就需要有一大批中青年教师来接替他们的工作。由于众所周知的原因,我国中年教师存在着严重的断层问题,要想在老教师退下来后,教学、科研水平不出现较大的滑坡,尽快培养具有较高教学和学术水平的青年教师是摆在我们面前的一个迫切需要解决的问题。 为此,我们对我院的青年体育教师的培养进行了初步的尝试。我们的做法是:
