一、课题研究的重大战略意义什么是情报信息呢?信息(information)泛指情报,消息、指令、数据、信号等有关周围环境的知识,通常用声音,文字或图象等方式传递。而其中的“情报”一词,美国科学家给它下了一个定义:“情报是特定时间,特定状况下,对特定的人提供有用的知识,消息。”从这两个说明里,我们至少可以认识到两点:一是语文是门特定的学科,因此也就必然有它特定的情报信息,为特定的人(语文学习者)提供有用的知识和消息。二是情报信息的载体大多是语言文字,因此学好语文,在语文教学中强化情报信息功能的任务,是各科教学的先行者,语文学科成为首当其冲的部门之一。从语文教学现状来看,情报信息流通的主要矛盾是,闭关封关的后遗症还存在,许多地区自叹
