目的:分析消毒供应中心手术器械管理的科学方法。方法:将2014年10月到2015年10月未实施消毒供应中心品管圈手术器械管理期间作为对照组,将2015年11月到2016年11月实施消毒供应中心品管圈手术器械管理期间作为研究组,对比两组手术器械包缺陷发生情况。结果:对照组手术器械包缺陷发生12件,研究组手术器械包缺陷发生1件,两组之间的差异比较具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:消毒供应中心实施科学的管理模式,有助于降低手术器械包缺陷发生情况,保证手术治疗活动的有序开展,展现良好的医疗卫生服务形象。
Objective: To analyze the scientific method of surgical instrument management in disinfection supply center. Methods: During the period from October 2014 to October 2015, the control center of surgical instruments for quality control of disinfection and supply center was not implemented. During the period from November 2015 to November 2016, the management of surgical instruments of quality control center of disinfection and supply center was taken as Study group, compared the two sets of surgical instruments package defects. Results: In the control group, there were 12 defects in the surgical instruments, and 1 in the study group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (p <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of scientific management mode in disinfection supply center will help to reduce the occurrence of surgical instrument package defects, ensure the orderly operation of surgical treatment and display a good image of medical and health services.
