人事档案材料的标准化主要包括两方面的含义 :一、档案材料内容的精确化。人事档案材料的内容必须符合三项要求 :事实准确 ;外形完整 ;手续完备。二、材料格式的规范化。格式的规范化 ,一是指表格设计要清晰合理 ;二是指印刷和书写材料如纸、笔、墨水的质量要有保证 ;三是指材料大小尺寸要有规范。做到了内容的精确和格式的规范 ,才能使人事档案合乎准确真实、完整美观的标准
The standardization of personnel files mainly includes two meanings: First, the precision of the contents of the files. The content of personnel files must meet three requirements: the facts are accurate, the appearance is complete and the procedures are complete. Second, the standardization of material formats. Format standardization, one refers to the form design should be clear and reasonable; two refers to the printing and writing materials such as paper, pen, ink quality assurance; third refers to the size of the material to be standardized.
