本文采用电子显微镜、光学显微镜等分析手段,和高温、室温力学性能试验方法,对0.2C-3Cr-2Mo-V析出硬化型热作模具钢的组织与性能进行了较深入的研究。实验结果表明:小试样油冷与半冷30分钟组织分别为板条马氏体+B_Ⅲ型贝氏体和B_Ⅰ型贝氏体为主的组织,且B_Ⅰ型贝氏体组织具有较板条马氏体+B_Ⅲ型贝氏体更优的高温力学性能。本文对产生这一现象的原因进行了分析和探讨,并对试验钢的热处理工艺提出了自己的见解。
In this paper, the microstructure and mechanical properties of 0.2C-3Cr-2Mo-V precipitation hardenable hot die steel were investigated by means of electron microscope, optical microscope and other high temperature and room temperature mechanical properties test methods. The experimental results show that the microstructure of oil-cooled and semi-cooled 30-minute specimens is mainly composed of lath martensite + B_Ⅲ-type bainite and B_Ⅰ-type bainite, and B_Ⅰ-type bainite has more laths Martensite + B_Ⅲ bainite better high temperature mechanical properties. This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon and puts forward my own opinions on the heat treatment process of the test steel.
