随着社会的全面快速发展,我国档案管理工作也取得了巨大的进步,但是,档案管理工作也面临着越来越多的挑战。现阶段,我国档案管理工作普遍存在档案管理和使用过程不够清晰,档案管理工作发展缓慢等问题。要从档案管理思想、服务理念等方面,加强档案管理工作人员的心理素质,提高档案管理工作者的专业技能,培养档案管理人员的综合职业素质,推动档案管理事业有序发展。
With the rapid and comprehensive development of society, tremendous progress has also been made in the file management work in our country. However, file management also faces more and more challenges. At this stage, the file management in our country generally has problems such as the file management and use process are not clear enough and the file management work is developing slowly. We should strengthen the psychological quality of file management staff, improve the professional skills of file management staff, cultivate the comprehensive professional qualifications of file management staff and promote the orderly development of the file management career from the aspects of file management thinking and service concept.
