电热温床在我国蔬菜、花卉和果药等生产上的应用面积越来越大,仅用于蔬菜育苗累计有一百万亩左右。在应用过程中,因各种原因导致电器设备故障而影响正常应用的情况时有发生。如出现故障可按下述方法进行排除。一、控温仪故障分析及维修 1.继电器烧坏。BKW型和KWD型控温仪的后面有两个接线柱,电源的火线和零线误接,则会造成控温仪的继电器烧坏。 2.旋动控温仪旋钮,指示灯不交替发亮。其原因:①感温头损坏、引线断线或没插在控温仪上;
