近些年来,随着市场经济体制的完善,建筑行业的竞争日益激烈,逐渐成为我国全行业改革的主要目标,这也是增加企业竞争力的必经之路。由于建筑业属于一般性质的竞争产业,国有经济体制逐渐从这一产业中脱离了出来,这为民有建筑业的发展提供了更多、更宽广的空间。本文从建筑经济发展内涵以及特点入手,探讨了如何在宏观的角度上发展建筑经济,提高建筑行业的发展水平,这对于促进我国建筑事业的全面、科学、经济性发展有着至关重要的意义。
In recent years, with the improvement of the market economy system, the competition in the construction industry has become increasingly fierce. It has gradually become the main goal of the reform of the entire industry in our country. This is also the only way to increase the competitiveness of enterprises. Since the construction industry is a competitive industry of a general nature, the state-owned economic system is gradually separated from the industry. This provides more and broader space for the development of the privately owned construction industry. Starting with the connotation and characteristics of the construction economy development, this article discusses how to develop the building economy from a macro perspective and improve the development level of the construction industry, which is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive, scientific and economical development of the construction industry in our country.
