例1,男,51岁,1979年开始食欲亢进、消瘦、心悸、怕热、多汗、烦躁、诊断为甲亢。服用他巴唑1个月,症状未见改善,后经某医院(?)碘治疗6个月后,临床甲亢症状基本消失。近3个月来由于劳累过度,上述症状又逐渐出现,并出现两侧胫前皮肤变粗与隆起。于1984年4月23日入院,体检:两侧明显突眼,P94次,BP100/60,皮肤潮润,甲状腺呈弥漫性中度肿大,可闻血管音,无震颤,心尖部闻轻
