目的研究安徽省酱腌菜食品生产企业的卫生学状况,为安徽省酱腌菜食品生产企业和产品卫生监督管理提供依据。方法在安徽省的8个市的30家酱腌菜生产企业进行抽样调查。结果酱腌菜食品生产企业存在使用不符合国家标准的食品添加剂、原辅料的索证率低等卫生问题。结论建议尽快国家出台《酱腌菜生产企业良好生产规范》,同时加大对酱腌菜食品生产企业的行政执法力度。
Objective To study the hygienic status of pickles in Anhui Province and to provide the basis for hygiene supervision and management of pickles in Anhui Province. Methods Sampling was conducted in 30 pickles manufacturing enterprises in 8 cities of Anhui Province. Results pickles food production enterprises there is the use of non-compliance with national standards of food additives, raw materials, accessories and other low health certificate. Conclusions It is suggested that as soon as the state promulgates the “Good Manufacturing Practices for Pickles Production Enterprises”, at the same time, intensify the administrative enforcement of law on the production enterprises of pickles food.
