近年来,医患矛盾突出成为社会焦点问题,2014年两会上国家卫生和计划生育委员会主任李斌说,2013年全国医疗卫生机构的门诊量是73亿人次,统计到的医疗纠纷是7万件左右。比例数虽不算大(十万分之一左右),但绝对数不小,涉及到千家万户。对于如何净化医疗环境,快速协助处理各种“医闹”或医疗纠纷,很多院方认为加强医院的安全保卫措施和安全防护手段是必要的,国家在这方面也出台了很多相关政策,在这些因素推动下医院安防建设得到不断发展。本文将就医院安防建设谈谈自己的一点体会。
