目的 利用纤维素酶提高胡芦巴有效成分的收率。方法 以甾体皂苷收率为指标 ,确定提高胡芦巴有效成分收率的最佳酶及最佳酶解条件。结果 实验组有效成分的收率约是对照组的 3.6倍 ;酶解的最佳实验条件为 :温度 5 0℃ ,p H4 .4 ,反应 72 h。结论 利用纤维素酶可以提高胡芦巴有效成分——甾体皂苷的收率
Objective To increase the yield of effective components of fenugreek using cellulase. Methods The optimum enzymatic conditions and the optimal enzymolysis conditions for improving the yield of effective components of fenugreek were determined by using the yield of steroidal saponins as the index. Results The yield of effective components in the experimental group was about 3.6 times that of the control group. The optimal conditions for the enzymolysis were: temperature 50°C, p H 4 .4, reaction 72 h. Conclusion Cellulase can increase the yield of steroidal saponin, the effective component of fenugreek
