本专利叙述一种惰性气体保护焊焊炬,特别是可适于各种口径规格管子和管件对接焊的焊炬。以前的焊炬是为某一特定规格的管子而专门设计的。虽然可在同一名义直径管子所允许的一定公差范围内使用,但是通常并不适用于较大范围的管子规格。亦就是说每焊接一种规格的管子就得采用一种焊炬,这样就需要用大量的焊炬。本专利以此为设计依据,设计了一种几乎可适用于焊接各种口径管子的焊炬以替代大量焊炬,同时,该焊炬使用方便。
This patent describes an inert gas shielded welding torch and, in particular, a torch suitable for butt welding of tubes and fittings of various caliber sizes. Previous torches were specifically designed for tubes of a particular specification. Although it can be used within a certain tolerance allowed by the same nominal diameter pipe, it does not usually apply to a wider range of pipe sizes. In other words, a welding torch must be used for each type of pipe, which requires a large number of welding torches. Based on this design, this patent has designed a welding torch that can be applied to weld almost all kinds of caliber tubes to replace a large number of welding torches. At the same time, the welding torch is easy to use.
