爆破工程的电磁感应起爆系统,由于与现有的电爆及非电爆起爆系统相比有着显而易见的安全特征和操作方面的优点,在近年内得到较大发展。1984年北京矿冶研究总院着手研究一种以电磁感应原理为基础的大功率,可检测的起爆系统,该项工作已获成功。每次起爆可以引爆的电雷管总数达到420~940发,与英国皇家化学工业公司(ICI)诺贝尔炸药有限公司的Magnadet系统相比,新系统可采用12米甚至更长的电雷管脚线。另一个引人注目的进步是特地为该起爆系统发明了一套检测仪表,这样就使该系统象在常规的电力爆破中一样可以在起爆之前进行检测。这套仪表也可以取代常规电爆中的检测仪表。这篇文章描述这些进展以及新起爆系统及其检测仪表在现场使用的情况。
Due to the obvious safety features and operational advantages compared with the existing electric and non-electric explosion systems, the electromagnetic induction detonation system for blasting projects has been greatly developed in recent years. In 1984, Beijing Mining and Metallurgy Research Institute started to study a high-power, detectable detonation system based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. This work has been successful. The total number of detonators that can be detonated at each detonation is 420 to 940. Compared with the Magnadet system of ICI’s Nobel explosives company, the new system can use 12 m or longer electric detonator pins . Another notable improvement was the discovery of a special instrumentation for the detonation system, which allowed the system to be tested just prior to detonation, as in conventional power bursts. This set of instruments can also replace the conventional electrical explosion detection instrumentation. This article describes these developments and the use of the new detonation system and its instrumentation in the field.
