中央经济工作会议提出把保持经济平稳较快发展作为2009年经济工作的首要任务,把保增长、扩内需、调结构更好地结合起来,把推进发展方式转变和结构调整作为应对国内外环境变化、实现可持续发展的根本出路,着力改善民生、促进和谐安定。检察机关必须要把保障政府投资安全作为检察机关服务扩大内需一系列政策措施顺利实施的重中之重。
