根据无锡某公司的项目设计要求,基于SPC统计分析算法,介绍了1种SCADA模式的空压机监控系统,具体阐述了系统的拓扑结构以及设计中的关键技术。通过该系统的实际运行,能实时地显示空压机各参数的趋势变化,同时能够进行参数的存储,并能通过SPC判异规则的选取、SPC控制图上下限以及均值的更新,进行历史数据和实时数据的异常判定和报警,为设备维护人员远程监控带来了方便,并为上层管理人员对设备的调度、保养等提供了一定的理论依据。
According to the project design requirements of a company in Wuxi, based on the SPC statistical analysis algorithm, a SCADA air compressor monitoring system is introduced, and the system topology and the key technologies in the design are elaborated.
