高校图书馆分编业务外包正以其可以降低图书馆运作成本,提高工作效率和弥补人力资源不足等优点成为当今高校图书馆发展的一种趋势。文章结合广西财经学院图书分编业务外包的实践,对其产生背景与可行性进行了分析,列举了工作中出现的主要问题,并提出实施高校图书馆分编业务外包过程中加强质量控制的若干措施。
Outsourcing of the branch library of the university library is becoming a trend of the development of the university library nowadays because it can reduce the operation cost of the library, improve the work efficiency and make up the shortage of human resources. Based on the practice of book division business outsourcing in Guangxi University of Finance and Economics, this paper analyzes its background and feasibility, lists the main problems in the work, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the quality control in the process of outsourcing the branch library business in colleges and universities Measures.
