新闻回放:红头文件规定校长必须上课目前,在我国一些学校,有的校长任课,有的校长不任课.深圳市宝安区教育局曾经专门发出文件,要求校长必须任课。于是,这份特殊的文件引起了众多人的注意。宝安区教育局制定的《关于加强中小学教学管理的指导意见》中规定:校长要深入教学第一线,按督导条例要求担任一个班的教学任务。普通高中或完中校长每周任课2节以上,初级中学校长每周任课3节以上,小学校长每周任课4节以上。校长每月听课不少于4节。
