苦白蹄〔Ｌａｒｉｃｉｆｏｍｅｓｏｆｆｉｃｉｎａｌｉｓ（Ｖｉｌ．ｅｘＦｒ．）ＫｏｔｌａｂａｅｔＰｏｕｚａｒ〕生物学特性的研究结果表明，该菌在ＰＤＡ—落叶松心片煮汁培养基上生长最佳；最适温度２５℃；最佳ｐＨ值３～４；最佳Ｃ源为葡萄糖；最佳Ｎ源为甘氨酸；无光最适其生长。
