目的探讨子宫动静脉畸形(uterine arteriovenous malformation,UAVM)数字化三维模型的构建及其临床应用价值。方法 2例UAVM患者均应用腹部医学图像可视化系统(medical imaging three dimensional visual system,MI-3DVS)对多层螺旋CT(multiple slice CT,MSCT)数据进行三维重建,将重建模型导入到Free Form进行分析。结果 2例患者均成功构建出UAVM数字化三维模型,可清晰显示肾脏、骨盆、髂总动脉、髂内动脉、髂外动脉、UAVM畸形血管团的位置、大小、供血动脉和引流静脉的立体空间关系。结论基于MSCT数据,应用MI-3DVS和Free Form软件可构建出UAVM的数字化三维模型,该模型为临床诊治UAVM提供清晰立体的影像资料。
Objective To investigate the construction of digital three-dimensional model of uterine arteriovenous malformation (UAVM) and its clinical value. Methods Two cases of UAVM were underwent 3D reconstruction with multi-slice CT (MSCT) data using the medical imaging three-dimensional visual system (MI-3DVS), and the reconstruction model was imported into the Free Form for analysis . Results The digital three-dimensional model of UAVM was successfully constructed in both of the two patients. The location, size, blood supply artery and drainage veins of the kidney, pelvis, common iliac artery, internal iliac artery, external iliac artery and UAVM were clearly displayed in three patients. . Conclusion Based on the MSCT data, a digital three-dimensional model of UAVM can be constructed by using MI-3DVS and Free Form software. The model provides a clear and stereoscopic image for clinical diagnosis and treatment of UAVM.
