本文首先对松木屑其进行热解动力学的研究,其次,在这基础上,探讨固定床中松木屑水蒸汽气化规律。主要研究内容和成果如下:1、利用加压热重对松木屑热解反应进行研究,结果表明增压和加入CaO对反应都有较大影响。增加反应压力,松木屑的热解最终失重率降低;动力学分析发现,增加压力能够降低热解过程中的活化能,从而有利于热解反应的发生,但是压力超过0.7 MPa后,活化能开始增加。增加CaO添加量,松木屑最终失重率从73.80%增加到89.54%;DTG曲线显示失重峰增加到4个,分别为水分析出、挥发分析出、Ca(OH)2和CaCO3分解所引起的失重峰。
In this paper, the pyrolysis kinetics of pine sawdust was firstly studied. Secondly, on the basis of this, the steam evaporation rules of pine sawdust in fixed bed were discussed. The main research contents and achievements are as follows: 1. The pyrolysis reaction of pine chips was studied by thermogravimetric method. The results showed that both supercharging and CaO addition had a great influence on the reaction. When the reaction pressure is increased, the final weight loss rate of pine chips decreases. Dynamic analysis shows that increasing the pressure can reduce the activation energy in the pyrolysis process, which is favorable for the pyrolysis reaction. However, when the pressure exceeds 0.7 MPa, the activation energy begins increase. The weight loss rate of pine sawdust increased from 73.80% to 89.54% with the increase of CaO content. The DTG curve showed that the weightlessness peak increased to 4, which were respectively water analysis, volatile analysis, weight loss caused by Ca (OH) 2 and CaCO3 decomposition peak.
