本文提出了用CCD(电荷耦合)器件作为传感器,对激光干涉条纹进行自动检测并与微机联机处理,实现了激光干涉条纹图象的拍摄、检测计量、计算处理的连续化、自动化。这不但使电弧等离子体诊断过程的时间大大缩短,而且由于检测时间短,为直接采用微机实时控制焊接电弧创造了先决条件。本文介绍了CCD器件的基本结构及工作原理,并提出了用0、1码转换检测干涉条纹的方法。文中给出了电气原理图,并对实际电弧进行了检测,证明本方法切实可行.
In this paper, CCD (Charge Coupled Device) is proposed as a sensor to automatically detect laser interference fringes and process them with on-line computer to realize the imaging, measurement and calculation of laser fringe fringe pattern and the continuous and automatic calculation and processing. This not only greatly shortens the time of the arc plasma diagnosis process, but also creates a precondition for directly using the microcomputer to control the welding arc in real time due to the short detection time. This paper introduces the basic structure and working principle of CCD device, and proposes a method of detecting interference fringes with 0,1 code conversion. In this paper, the electrical schematic diagram is given, and the actual arc is tested to prove that this method is feasible.
