非公有制企业的党建工作是党的建设面临的新课题。浙江省台州市路桥区是一个非公有制经济比重很大的沿海经济发达地区,路桥区委非常重视非公有制企业的党建工作,提出了“不断扩大党建工作的覆盖面,增强党的影响力、凝聚力和战斗力,促进非公有制经济的健康发展”的新目标,使非公有制企业的党建工作上了一个新台阶。但是,也有相当多的非公有制企业的党建工作遇到了一些实际困难,碰到了一些急需解决的问题。针对存在的问题,我们提出几点对策。
