中医古籍是祖国医学伟大宝库的具体体现。前人总结积累的丰富的医药学理论与实践经验,主要寄存于这些古医籍中。由于现存诸多古医籍,远者已有千余年,近者亦有数百年或上百年,经多次传抄翻刻,或散失后重新整理,或整理人随意笔削损益及妄加改动,加之语言文字的变迁及政治因素的干扰等,使许多古医籍不同程度地存有失真之处,给后来的读者,增加了许多困难,甚至造成某些理论上的错误。整理研究,使其尽可能恢复或接近本来面貌,乃是对古医籍正确理解与运用的首要条件,而校勘则是古医籍整理的主要方式之一。下面就校勘问题,加以简议。

Collation and researches, as far as possible to restore or close to the original appearance, are the primary conditions for the correct understanding and application of ancient medical books, and collation is one of the main methods of ancient medical books. The following collation questions to be discussed.
